Frank Zito

Frank Zito is the Pilates director at Elevation Fitness. He heads the new Pilates certification program and also teaches private clients at Elevation Fitness exclusively. Frank has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the Southern California community. He is a fitness enthusiast and views Pilates as a key component to true fitness. Frank believes that Pilates provides any individual the needed balance within the body. He often says that having a strong Powerhouse and a flexible body will keep a person lean and mean!!

Jeremy Manning

Jeremy's philosophy is, "Strength is a State of Mind. It's not just a physical presence. When you train the mind, the body must follow."

His training style consists of a hybrid of more than a decade of combined experience in the US Army, as an international martial arts bronze medalist, and Advanced Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With an emphasis on functional movement patterns, strength and performance enhancement and physical conditioning, Jeremy drives his clients towards their goals with energy and enthusiasm. He trains a variety of clients from athletes to actors to executives with a wide range of goals and experiences. One of his strengths is his intuitively adaptive program design and a deep connection with nearly every body type and learning style.

His specialties include self defense, fat loss, body sculpting, muscle gains, pain reduction, sports performance enhancement, corrective exercise, weight management, improved balance and body awareness, and lifestyle enhancement.
