Personal Training
Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Personal training is more than a series of workout sessions. This workout program is designed to build on the level of base conditioning then progresses to increase stamina, strength and skills to reach individual goals.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private workouts are scheduled every weekday in the early morning, afternoon and evening, as well as Saturday, to fit your busy lifestyle.

Functional Training
Functional Training, “RE-trains” the body to move freely and with less risk of injury.

Functional Training is a variety of movement patterns which integrate multiple joint functions throughout the body. Typically in a 3 dimensional plane of motion since our bodies are designed to move through all dimensions in space, rather than linearly. Some examples of linear exercises are push ups, chest press, rows, pull downs, etc. While these are still valuable exercises, functional training expands and emphasizes on greater planes of motion and integrated movements. In short, functional training is about FUNCTION, things we do everyday, the complex motions of sitting, standing, stepping, lifting, and living life.
