Fitness Evaluation
Where it all starts. Our comprehensive fitness evaluation plots your starting point and tracks your progress to increased strength and fitness. Administered by your personal trainer, this health and fitness assessment provides the basis for designing a goal-oriented program specific to your individual needs based on:
• Blood pressure & heart rate
• Lean muscle-mass ratio
• Cardiovascular endurance
• Flexibility
• Muscular strength and endurance
• Postural alignment

Personal Training
Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Personal training is more than a series of workout sessions. This workout program is designed to build on the level of base conditioning then progresses to increase stamina, strength and skills to reach individual goals.
Semi-private workouts are scheduled every weekday in the early morning, afternoon and evening, as well as Saturday, to fit your busy lifestyle.
Pilates Reformer
Taught on the original Pilates Reformer, this intermediate class uses traditional Pilates moves to give you a burn from head to toe – especially in the core area! ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE SOME PILATES EXPERIENCE. We offer intro-packages to newcomers to learn basic skills.
Pilates Cadillac (By appointment only)
The Cadillac, also called a trapeze table, provides a state-of-the-art workout designed to strengthen, balance, stretch and align the body, particularly the abdominal core also known as the “powerhouse.”
Sports Specific & Runners’ Programs
The staff at Elevation has provided support for athletes training for triathlons, professional sports and the Los Angeles Marathon for over 20 years. Our trainers design programs that increase conditioning and help to prevent injury through interval, speed and cross-training. Our therapists have extensive experience with all kinds of foot, gait and knee issues and can help with everything from rehab to orthotics.

Massage Therapy

Chiropractic Care
Proper alignment is the foundation of good health. Chiropractic treatments relieve back and muscle pain and restore alignment allowing the body to function at its peak. If you are injured, your chiropractor will work closely with your trainer to help restore your range of motion, flexibility and strength. But even if you feel fine, regular adjustments can help prevent injury and keep you at your best.
Acupuncture
Designed to relieve pain, both chronic and acute. Acupuncture is also traditionally used to promote healing by correcting the body’s flow of energy (Ch’i). If you are new to acupuncture, you’ll be surprised: despite the use of hair-fine needles, it really doesn’t hurt! Our acupuncturist provides holistic, natural remedies based on thousands of years of Chinese science to restore and maintain the body’s healthy equilibrium.
